Join the Everest 2023 Summer Internship Program! This is an exciting opportunity to receive exposure to the world of Property & Casualty Reinsurance and Insurance through dynamic training, firsthand business experience, and networking with the industry's leading experts and experienced professionals. Throughout the Program, you can expect to build upon the academic foundations you have established at school and apply your learning to real world scenarios. The Program will run for approximately 10 weeks beginning June 2023.

Your Impact & Opportunity

Everest Insurance Company, a member of Everest Re Group, Ltd has an opportunity available for an Intern in the Insurance Client Services area.

The Everest Client Services Intern will work with the team to support selected customers with specialized services. This position is customer facing and will include the cultivation and analysis of loss data. This position will report to the Client Services Team Lead located in Orange, CA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create and optimize loss data
  • Facilitate customer onboarding/renewal
  • Identification of customers who could benefit from enhanced services and offerings
  • Collaborate with Underwriting to ensure customer needs are satisfied
  • Participate in and ultimately lead customer onboarding for select policy holders

What You Bring: Experience & Qualifications
  • You are a sophomore or junior pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited college/university
  • Demonstrates an aptitude for data analysis, high level excel proficiency and general knowledge of systems
  • Customer service experience
  • Commercial Insurance knowledge / familiarity
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and multi-task
  • Comfortable leading high-level discussions
  • Possess and apply solid analytical, communication, and business writing skills

Location: Orange, CA - Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 day remote)
