RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking to hire 9 Remote Senior Full Stack .NET/Azure Software Engineers.Are you looking for a career change where you get a sense of belonging, and have a voice heard? This client believes in hard work, a fun work environment, and embracing creativity that only comes about when talented people collaborate to develop full stack solutions.Responsibilities Include:- Engineer designs overall architecture of web applications that optimize site functionality
- Develops and organizes web applications, structure code, and separate files
- Develops software solutions with the end customer in mind
- Develops functional databases, applications, and servers to support websites on the back end
- Leads technical collaboration for front and back-end web development
- Defines and develops application scope and objectives and draws up technical and functional specifications for written documentation
- The Senior Full Stack .NET Software Engineer leads design reviews to determine functional requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential problems
- Performs technical analysis and testing to improve software solutions
- Troubleshoots, debugs, and upgrades software
- Creates security and data protection settings
- Maintains quality and ensures responsiveness of applications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field; Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required
- 5-15+ years of software engineer experience including cloud-based applications
- 5-10+ years of .NET, web services or event-based framework experience required as a Backend and Full Stack Engineer or similar role
- Experience in front end development and full stack is required (Angular a plus)
- Experience with microservices highly desired
- Experience with Azure highly desired
- Experience in development for mobile applications preferred
- Familiarity with databases, web servers, and UI/UX designs
- Proficient in front and back-end coding
- Highly experienced with server-side and back-end programming languages such as .NET, JavaScript, etc.
- Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN
- Possess an understanding and implementation of security and data protection
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, experience working with cross-functional teams, and presenting to leadership
- Ability to apply principles of logic to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
- Ability to work independently with excellent organization and time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of variables in situations where limited standard rules exist
- AWS experience preferred
- Insurance/Mortgage experience is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
