Description:

The Division of Hematology-Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of Lymphoma and/or CLL. Applicants must demonstrate excellent qualifications in education and clinical care in this area. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. Applicants should be board certified in Internal and Oncology or Hematology.

Teaching responsibilities may include teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. The academic clinician track requires 100 credits per year of active and high quality teaching.

Clinical responsibilities may include care of patients at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. The successful applicant will have experience in the area of lymphoma and/or CLL. The lymphoma and CLL clinical program encompasses a busy outpatient clinic with an emphasis on clinical care and clinical research.
