The Account Manager is a tactical role where attention to detail, dedication, and follow through to work are crucial to our success. The Account Manager will provide customer service and professional account management to various clients and retailers. The Account Manager will maintain outstanding client satisfaction for all clients service while meeting or exceeding project financial goals. The Account Manager must understand and define all client objectives and expectations and meet those expectations while improving service, pricing, and performance.

Essential Duties


  • Play an active role in developing and maintaining client relationships and work effectively with Clients on quality and client satisfaction issues by demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Act as the liaison between the Client, Sales, Operations, and other internal groups to communicate program information and project facilitation
  • Attend and actively participate in the video, conference calls, and in-person meetings to facilitate a shared understanding of priorities and foster teamwork between the Client, Sales, Operations, and other internal teams
  • Maintain a working knowledge of client programs, objectives, and expectations and establish metrics to effectively measure Driveline's performance against these objectives
  • Establish an advanced skill level in Driveline web-based reporting and Microsoft Excel
  • Guide program management by analyzing and interpreting data on a regular cadence with the goal of highlighting useful information, and providing recommendations regarding plan scope, execution, and methodology
  • Create detailed and accurate project instructions, project guide documents, and work order questions
  • Accurate set-up of all assigned projects in the Driveline system, meeting standard timeline requirements
  • Analyze program data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities and communicate results to assigned clients
  • Ensure internal timelines are met and that changes are communicated to internal Client Services and Field Operations teams
  • Successfully manage numerous projects concurrently, at different stages in the project lifecycle, through proper organization and multi-tasking
  • Identify Client concerns, develop action plans for resolution, work in conjunction with Driveline Operations to ensure appropriate actions are taken, and communicate the results to the Client, as well as internal staff and management
  • Keep Driveline management informed of issues prior to them becoming serious problems internally or with the Client

  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • Retail merchandising or consumer products management background
  • Proven success in current/previous positions
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and present results effectively

Travel Requirements

Approximately 10-15% travel is required for the Account Analyst. Overnight stays may be required throughout the work week as dictated by business objectives and district boundaries.
