A day in the life.

As our Account Manager on the Business Insurance team, you'll be responsible for working closely with Business Insurance Account Executives, Client Executives, and other service team members in managing clients' exposure to risk and protecting their assets by coordinating services for development, retention, and rounding of accounts. This includes managing workload by processing daily servicing tasks, demonstrating team leadership by delegating tasks to team members and coordinating the marketing and placement of new and renewal commercial accounts.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Previous experience in an Account Manager or customer service related position.
• Good oral and written communication, organization, and management skills. Self-motivated.
• Demonstrate MMA's core values in interactions with peers, clients, and carriers.
• Personal computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• CIC or equivalent preferred
