Location: Saint Paul, MN (Hybrid)

This role is a hybrid position and is going to be based at our Saint Paul, MN or Columbia, MD office location, with the option to work remotely for some of your working week. If you're currently in a fully remote role and are not within a commutable distance to a Computershare office, you're eligible to apply and maintain your remote working arrangement should you be the most suitable candidate for the position.

A role you will love

The Account Manager II position in Corporate Trust Services Operations will focus on developing and maintaining strong customer relationships for BSA/AML/KYC outreach and Due Diligence Review for all Corporate Trust accounts.

Some of your key responsibilities may include:

  • Ensures the accurate establishment, administration and operation of the accounts.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory and risk management policies.
  • Acts as a resource to newer Account Managers.
  • Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
  • Emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

What will you bring to the role?

As you've probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for customer service, ensuring regulatory compliance and will have the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve client success.

Other key responsibilities may include:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following areas: trust, financial services, or account management
  • Minimum 2 years BSA/AML/KYC experience. Customer Due Diligence knowledge, client outreach requesting and reviewing documents
  • Minimum 2 years of Periodic review processing knowledge
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
  • Possess the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and resolution skills with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy
  • Responsible for reading and interpreting moderately complex trust and other legal documents in order to identify administrative and BSA/AML/KYC requirements and responsibilities.
  • CAMS certification desired, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment.

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $78,000 - $95,000. This base pay range is specific to St. Paul, MN and may not be applicable to other locations.
