Accounts Payable Technician to join a collaborative team of 4. Great culture! Reports to a CPA!
PART TIME 30 hours per week, maybe more!
Duties:
- Processing full cycle accounts payable invoices
- Review and audit for accuracy, purchase order information and proper approval
- General ledger coding
- Enter into system
- Process for payment
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or higher
- 1-3 years of accounts payable experience
- Experience with ERP system such as Net Suite or Great Plains Dynamics
- Proficiency with Excel
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent follow through and communication skills
- Works well in a team environment!
