Accounts Payable Associate for Shaner Solutions

Shaner Solutions, based out of the Shaner Corporate Office in State College PA, is looking for an Accounts Payable associate to join our ranks!

The Accounts Payable Associate will focus on data entry, entering invoice details, processing & mailing checks, correspondence with hotels & vendors, basic troubleshooting and side projects as needed.

A remote and/or hybrid work schedule is available. Competitive compensation and benefit program.

• Prior AP experience is preferred, but will train the right candidate.
• Solid computer skills. Experience with Oracle Fusion accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high volume environment, with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
