Accounts Payable Clerk

First Shift (United States of America)
Reviews and processes payment of all expenditures for both Roswell Park and Clinical Practice Plan (CPP); maintains relationships with suppliers; follows up on payment and invoice questions; contacts departments for appropriate backup and approvals prior to payment of invoices; provides clerical support as necessary for the accurate and efficient operation of the Finance Department; reviews expense reports and expense credit card transactions for accuracy and compliance with Roswell Park policies; performs other credit card/expense related tasks as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in a business related field; or
2. Associates degree in a business related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time Accounts Payable experience in an automated system; or
3. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time Accounts Payable experience in an automated system.
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
