Accounts Payable Coordinator - Charlestown, MA

We are working with a healthcare organization that is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team on a 3-month contract basis through early June. This role is required to work onsite in Charlestown for training and then there is an opportunity to transition to a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices
• Review statements
• Payment approvals
• Follow up with vendors
• Update vendor files

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of AP experience, or accounting experience
• Comfortable using Excel
• Experience with Peoplesoft is a plus!
