Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client, a full service distributor and supply chain partner, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team! The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the full cycle AP function and facilitate effective communication with vendors and inter-departmental teams. This will be a fully onsite role in Norton, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Print and process daily invoices received
• Review, code and ensure accurate general ledger coding
• Obtain management approvals on non-inventory related expenses
• Create and process weekly check runs an ACH payments
• Monthly reconciliation
• Document and implement new process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years applicable experience
• High volume, food distribution experience is a plus!
