Accounts Payable Supervisor

Beacon Hill Financial currently has a temp to perm Accounts Payable Supervisor role available in the St. Charles area. This Accounts Payable Supervisor will be responsible for the following:

• Manage a high volume of processed AP invoices, check requests and expense reimbursements for accuracy, proper approvals, proper coding and other supporting documents
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues, ensuring all invoices sent back to supplier and pending for payment are followed up with timely
• Provide weekly "Checks to be paid" list for Cash Flow Analysis
• Maintain vendor files, corresponds with vendors and responds to vendor inquiries concerning payment and/or invoice issues
