Accounts Receivable Specialist - Marlborough, MA

We are working with a large retail chain headquartered in the metro-west area that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their Finance Department on a temporary-to-hire basis. Applicants must be able to accommodate a commute to Marlborough on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities:

• Revenue AR forms, ensuring proper approvals and coding
• Follow up on receivables 30+ days past due
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Contact vendors regarding issues
• Apply checks and credit memos in the system

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• 1-2+ years of accounting experience
