AD Vehicle Validation Engineer

Physical (Vehicle) Validation is a branch of Core SW Verification & Validation with the goal to validate the customer function requirements of L2+/L3 features. In Physical Validation, The Automated Driving Vehicle Validation Engineer is expected to analyze the requirements, create high quality tests, and execute them on the Proving Ground(s) at a vehicle-level. The potential candidate must have a background in testing ADAS/AD features with a demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Validation Process. The potential candidate will have a chance to collaborate within a global team working on very new and challenging tasks.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Analyze requirements and work with Virtual V&V teams to ensure requirement coverage across all test platforms
• Create High Quality Test Cases to ensure requirement coverage
• Execute vehicle-level tests upon the Proving Ground(s) utilizing Vector Tools
• Analyzes data from testing and able to debug/roote cause failure points for software development teams
• Coordinates and communicates effectively upon a Global Level
• Provides continuous feedback upon current methods, processes
• Highly productive, highly motivated and being pro-active upon current and future activities
