JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you enjoy planning and coordination and supporting others in special project work? Join the Farm Credit of Northwest Florida Team. This individual will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative duties to facilitate business operations and provide assistance to the Lending Department, as well as other departments on an as needed basis. This position will serve as the front desk receptionist, receiving visitors, customers, prospects, and vendors with a professional and positive attitude and will also relieve managers of routine administrative duties and assists with office support services when necessary. The ideal candidate will preferably have an Associate's degree and/or two years' experience working in a role with administrative support duties. The individual must have strong organizational skills and interact well in a team environment. This is a Full-Time position, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. The salary range for the position is $24,960 - $29,120 and up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K as a part of a full benefits package. Proficient in English and bilingual in Spanish is a plus. This position is not eligible for remote work.
