Overview

LRP Media Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant (Hybrid position) for the Education Division.

LRP is a powerhouse media company that has been in business for over 40 years! Responsibilities

  • Assists to curate content for print and digital publications.
  • Coordinate between editorial and other departments and divisions.
  • Responsible for document meeting discussions and follow up items.
  • Coordinate and schedule editorial meetings for the team and outside departments.
  • Accurately complete forms/contracts as assigned.
  • Acquire and download legal decisions from various sources and input into database.
  • Communicate regularly and diplomatically with authors, editors, contractors, experts and government employees.
  • Provide administrative support with projects such as, processing invoices, sending packages, and ordering supplies.
  • Complete projects to assist VP and other senior leaders of the education department.
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of process documentation for our team.
  • Monitor and update spreadsheets with current book and author information
  • Maintains calendars for Education department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Position Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 1 plus years of experience as an Executive assistant, Office manager or in an operational role.
    • Prior knowledge with social media platforms.
    • Knowledge of adobe InDesign with a desire and ability to learn more.
    • Extremely professional and able to remain confidential in all situations.
    • Be proficient in all other Microsoft Products and Adobe Acrobat.
    • Can work a hybrid schedule, which includes 2 days a week in our PBG, FL office. Additional days working in the office may be necessary for meetings/trainings.
    • Ability to travel for the departments large conference events.
