Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking an Administrative/Marketing Assistant to support the global real estate fundraising efforts of a Managing Director and their team of three. Administrative duties include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, confirming meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, working closely with the global real estate investor relations team, completing detailed CRM management and investor tracking in Salesforce and Excel, managing detailed expense reports, and working on various ad-hoc projects. Event planning and management responsibilities include organizing marketing events, dinners/lunches with investors, webinars, presentations, and other promotional activities, creating extensive invitation lists, planning roadshows, spearheading event logistics, and overseeing logistics of the annual investor conference. BA/BS degree required with at least 3 years of administrative work in the hedge fund, private equity, investment banking, real estate investment, or investor relations/fund marketing industries. Must have highly proficient Microsoft Office skills, a working knowledge of CRM (Salesforce or Pardot are a huge plus), and a familiarity with Concur. Hours are 8am-6pm with flexibility to work regular overtime. Salary up to $95K + paid OT + bonus + competitive benefits including a daily lunch stipend, 401K match, generous vacation days and more.
