The Administrative Specialist will support Customer Service and Accounting. He/she will have high aptitude of customer service skills, record keeping skills, telephone etiquette and attention to detail. Ability to effectively multi-task is highly valued. This is a Monday through Friday day position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
  • Process customer orders/changes according to established policies and procedures.
  • Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency in all computer applications organization uses.
  • Excellent time management and organizations skills.
  • Process inbound customer service and order requests from a variety of sources (telephonic, fax, email, web)
  • Research, route and resolve customer complaints and requests as necessary
  • Provide customers with basic information regarding Oakhurst and our product line
  • Route new or existing sales support requests to the appropriate sales rep
  • Work to meet order requirement deadlines and collaborate with the northeast order center in Mansfield, MA
  • Collect, sort, catalog and scan transactional proof of delivery documents and standard transactional documents as needed - summarize & provide feedback as required
  • Update the OTC systems to represent actual customer sales based upon non-electronic means of record-keeping
  • Check inbound call overflow and route voicemail requests
  • Support Accounting department in areas as assigned such as route reconciliation.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management
