Job Summary\u0007 Assist production staff with various administrative tasksEssential Duties and Responsibilities\u0007 Maintain and update integration project files on the network\u0007 Assist with resolving problems pertaining to integration orders\u0007 Manage incoming and outgoing packages delivered to the office\u0007 Distribute mail/faxes and other office correspondence\u0007 Answer phones and provide high level customer service support\u0007 Create sales orders/PO's for equipment supplies and tools\u0007 Enter orders into online order system\u0007 Handle quarterly inventory reports in absence of warehouse personnel\u0007 Provide weekly billing status reports\u0007 Work with accounts payable to resolve any billing issues with equipment or labor invoicesOther duties assigned as neededSkills and Abilities\u0007 Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities\u0007 Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines\u0007 Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion\u0007 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills\u0007 Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally\u0007 Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)\u0007 Effective communication and interaction with employees clients and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization\u0007 Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skillsEducation and/or Experience\u0007 Minimum high school diploma or equivalent\u0007 Minimum 2-4 years of customer service data entry and/or administration experience preferredWorking EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
