We are seeking an independent, dedicated individual to join our Technical Support and Service groups. This position will be centralized in our Canton, MI facility. The successful candidate will take multiple phone calls from our field team and our customers; must be able to toggle between multiple tasks and focus with frequent interruptions. This position requires word processing, the generation of spreadsheets, meeting minutes and other department statistical data. Work hours are from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Reliability is extremely important.
