As an Agile Project & Knowledge Manager focused on Managed Services transformation projects and Knowledge (communication) Management for our employees and clients, you will be managing a portfolio of internal projects delivered by our team of ITSM Administrators and Application Developers. These projects will include advanced, cutting-edge technology, integrations, AI automations and migration scenarios involving the Managed Services infrastructure tooling, delivered in an Agile first approach.The Agile Project & Knowledge Manager will also be accountable for aligning with our service's strategic direction, overseeing the knowledge base documentation assets, and creating/updating process documentation of the assigned processes.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the charge of Agile project delivery for our Managed Services infrastructure transformation journeys
  • Help the team adopt and improve agile methods and practices that lead to successful delivery of each project
  • Assist in team development and holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks, and leverage organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members
  • Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the
  • Gather requirements from the technical leads on each project to ensure proper communication and change management plan is in place for each project deployment
  • To support the project deployments, gather key knowledge requirements from technology support groupsto ensure the proper knowledge articles are created for internal employees and external (customer) facing service portal
  • Identify existing knowledge sources in the organization which need to be incorporated into the service knowledge management system
  • Identify user groups and audiences, along with integration points for any knowledge management activities which may be requiredwithin each project
  • Managed existing knowledge articles and review net new articles submitted by internal employees for publication
  • Collate knowledge requirements and gaps into a knowledge management plan
  • Develop, and get approval for the knowledge management process that will be utilized
  • Socialize knowledge strategy and process as required on a quarterly basis

What you'll bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies
  • PMI-ACP, CAPM, PMP, CSM, or equivalentpreferred
  • 2-3 years experience with leading Knowledge management processes
  • ITIL Foundations (Version 4 preferred)
  • Experience in Organizational Change management process implementations and Continuous Service Improvements and/or process excellence methodologies and tools
  • Effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
  • Ability to grasp high-level technical concepts quickly and solution oriented with a positive attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view
  • Strong focus on CSI and process re-engineering
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills
  • Post-Secondary educationin Project Management or Communications preferred
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft Project preferred
  • Fluency in French preferred
