Job Title: Application Support Analyst

Location: Lake Mary FL- Hybrid

Duration: 6+ Months Contract to hire

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for all initial email and ticket based requests

• Ability to quickly assign work to appropriate teams

• Capable of acting as an intermediary between Eagle's Clients and technical teams in order to schedule work requests.

• Shift-based work will require working on a regular rotation

• Required to interact with business users and technical users both internally and externally.

Required Skills/Experience:

1 One year or more of experience in a service desk related position with demonstrated success. We are willing to work with the right candidate who just graduated college

2 Attention to detail, Can learn on the fly, Good under Pressure. Excellent oral and written communication skills and have the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

3 Ability to follow complex sets of instructions, and excellent attention to detail.
