Content Production (talent to Camera Jessie Spots - Brand, Paid Social, Integrations)
Collaborate with PMs to intake new requests, scheduling, and resourcing for TV projects.
Maintain master production status doc by adding new projects (key dates, internal links) and keeping all project information up to date.
Create each individual TV project's main structure and drive the project from KO to delivery (temp slack channel, main gdrive folder for shared files, master script doc, wrike link, versioning sheet).
Partner with the Creative/PM teams to help source any props needed for shoots.
Create master script doc and meeting invite for shoot days, create shoot/spot order, and gather all final scripts/wardrobe selections from the creative team.
Cross-check creative teams' schedules for shoot day and create shoot order for shoot day.
Potentially be available to be on set/location to help execute shoot day (in DK studio or on location locally in Boston). Responsibilities could include running teleprompter, helping setup/run equipment, keeping track of overall schedule and timing. Communicating any pertinent information between production and creative teams (delays or change of plans).

Act as post-producer: Drive edit through all Creative/SH/SP reviews. Partner with PMs to make sure all project key dates are met and work is posted in PM software (Wrike) for stakeholder reviews.

Partner with the reach team to supervise QC/delivery process and/or project transfer to Extreme reach.
