The next step in your career is a click away!! One of our clients is looking for an Assistant Project Manager in the Greater Albany Area for their growing team. Unlike other general contractors that will have you moving to other cities and out on site all day, this company wants someone to be more in the office with occasional site visits. Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing construction projects from start to finish in office with site visits as needed.

- Assist in estimating project costs including labor, materials, and equipment and assist in preparing bids and proposals for new projects

- Track project progress and ensure that deadlines are met and communicate project status to clients and stakeholders.

- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget and resolve issues or problems that arise with the project.

- Continuously monitor and improve project processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

- 1-3 years of experience in civil/mechanical construction

- Strong project management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

- Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents
