Assistant Property Manager

Our client, a Chicago-based affordable housing developer, is looking for an Assistant Property Manager . This candidate will assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations to ensure successful operations at the assigned property.

Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of property files and records
- Communicating with residents
- Data entry
- Maintaining physical assets
- Assists with move-in and move-outs
- Providing excellent customer service
- Financial Reporting

Required Skills:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Positive attitude and manner
- Basic tech proficiency in Microsoft Office
