Associate Accounting Specialist - Marlborough, MA

We are working with a large retail chain headquarters in Marlborough, MA that is seeking an Associate Accounting Specialist to join their Finance Department on a temporary to hire basis. This role will work onsite in Marlborough 3 days/week and report to the Finance Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze transactions
• Weekly reconciliations
• Review invoices for accuracy
• Ensure inventory is updated weekly
• Resolve missing deposits
• Process journal entries
• Assist with month-end

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 2+ years of accounting or finance experience
• SAP experience is a plus!
• Must be proficient in Excel
