Join us as an Associate Director of Manufacturing Ops, a key leader in our Manufacturing Operation. You will oversee multiple process operations such as pMDI, Assembly and Pack, and Spray Drying. Your role will be pivotal in managing the operation to ensure the production of high-quality products aligns with the site operating strategy. This must be achieved while upholding effective employee relations and compliance with cGMP, other regulatory and SOX requirements, as well as SHE obligations and AstraZeneca standards.

Accountabilities:
As an Associate Director, you will conduct activities and interactions consistent with Company values and in compliance with the Code of Ethics. You will oversee all manufacturing and packaging activities, specifically related to the development of respiratory product pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. You will empower, recruit, and develop employees within the manufacturing operations, building a culture of efficient execution and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure project objectives are achieved timely and with high quality. You will also support quality activities, implement Lean principles, perform Gap Assessments, execute process improvements, and conduct Risk Assessments to improve quality standards.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- B.S. in Engineering or Science field; advanced business or science degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years professional experience; at minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry with management experience in operations, quality, technical services and manufacturing/production.
- Experience serving as a people catalyst and creating an environment that unifies and guides their people.
- Ability to manage and perform effectively in a decentralized, matrix environment.

- Ability to adapt, work through conflicts, and persuasively influence outcomes.
- Comfortable changing direction and acting without complete information.
