Purpose and Scope:
The Associate Director, Resilience Management - Americas purpose, Under the Head of Resilience Management's direction, is to provide support to Astellas' Corporate Crisis and Business Continuity Management programs.
This position is responsible for managing and supporting business continuity management programs regionally with the purpose to proceed business impact analysis, develop/update BCP, conduct training and support ongoing crisis management. The incumbent will support the Head of Resilience Management in senior and strategic matters related to the direction of the function.
