As a Microsoft Associate Systems Engineer you will have the opportunity to work alongside one of North America's most trusted teams of workplace, cloud and pre-sales professionals. You will impact customers with innovative solutions and support their journey here at Softchoice.

What you'll do:

• Role model our values of personal growth, customer passion, taking care of others & owning the end result
  
• You will have the opportunity to work in a highly visible customer facing role.
  
• You will have the opportunity to put your workplace and cloud expertise to work, supporting a detailed, actionable Statement of Work alongside our architects and project managers.
  
• You will do this by staying on top of new trends and technology updates
  
• You will also continually fine-tune your delivery, adoption, and problem-solving skills along the way
  

What you'll Need:

• A curious mindset, willing to ask the right questions to provide customers with the best possible solution
  
• A problem solver with the capability to uncover & address the root cause of an issue
  
• A proactive work ethic that puts responsiveness to customers first
  
• Passion for building strong relationships with customers and driving great CX
  
• Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem - Relevant certifications a plus!
  
• Working knowledge of Azure and Active Directory
  
• Working knowledge ofPowerShell is considered a plus
  
• Associate Degree or Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
  
• 0-2 years of implementation consulting experience delivering engagements within the Microsoft ecosystem.
