  • Access Lifecycle Management, Hardware Deployment/Recovery. Phone and Desk-side IT Support. Inventory and organization.

Team and Team size:

  • Part of a Team

Top Responsibilities:

  • Call Center IT support and problem resolution
  • Hardware Deployment/Setup/Recovery
  • Desk-side IT support and problem resolution.
  • System imaging and configuration.
  • ITS Projects

Software tools/skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite. Understanding of basic IT communications. Familiar with Cisco Phones.

Skills/attributes:

  • Good Communication; Organized, Dependability, Solid Customer Service.

Nice to have:

  • Ability to Multi-task many assignments.

Working Time:

  • 9am-6pm
