Hays Facilities Management is partnered with a leading name in Healthcare to hire an Associate Vice President of Facilities Engineering.
Your new role
The job duties for the AVP- Facilities Engineering will include the following:
- Direct oversight and ownership of facilities and building engineering for the entire healthcare system, (Over 3 million square feet)
- Production and management of Facilities & Engineering OPEX budget
- Work with Energy & Sustainability to ensure compliance with standards
- Position has over 200 Direct Reports
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 15+ years experience, including management of building engineering staff
- Exposure to Healthcare is highly preferred, but not an absolute requirement
- A New York State P.E., (Professional Engineer), License is required
- A Bachelors Degree is required at minimum, with preference for a Master's
What you'll get in return
Base range between $280-$300K, plus benefits/additional incentives
