YOUR ROLE

  • Develop a channel partner roadmap, based on your industrial sales expertise and implement it together with a great team of cross-functional stakeholders, e.g. from Sales, Application Engineering as well as Research & Development
  • Manage existing and grow indirect business by sustainably nourishing relationships with key distribution partners
  • Be responsible for distribution business in the U.S., Canada and Mexico while interacting with a diverse team of experts and stakeholders in other regions and business units
  • Support implementing transformational initiatives on sales and channel excellence and channel strategy development
  • Think outside the box to leverage all kinds of non-traditional sales channels, e.g. online or inside sales

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales or similar area; MBA desired
  • Minimum 5-years of practical experience in B2B channel management or industrial sales
  • Persuasive communication and analytical skills with dedicated customer focus, as well as experience in independent project management
  • Great command of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Fluent English language skills are mandatory, Spanish language skills are beneficial
