EBS, now part of The Stepping Stones Group is currently seeking highly motivated Licensed Behavior Specialists to join our clinical team in West Chester, PA. EBS is a pediatric clinic located 45 minutes outside of Philadelphia, providing high levels of service to families within Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, and Delaware Counties. EBS follows an interdisciplinary and collaborative model that strives to treat each client as a person before their diagnosis. Working on a team with occupational, speech, feeding, physical therapists and psychologists, LBS' at EBS will work with clients within various settings (community, clinic, schools and daycares) to provide quality support to client's and their families.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and monitor individualized treatment plans, functional behavior assessments, and behavior intervention plans for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum disorders
- Assess and evaluate client strength and deficit using various mechanisms such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS, etc
- Train and supervise behavior technicians as they implement written behavior treatment plans
- Meet with caregivers and related support staff to ensure consistency of implementation across settings

Qualifications:
- Current license as a Licensed Behavior Specialist in PA
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
