The Jewish Board's Community Behavioral Health treatment programs provide compassionate, high-quality, evidence-based services to individuals and families in the communities we serve. Our staff uses a culturally affirming, person-centered approach to help individuals and their families develop skills and resources to improve overall functioning, instill hope, and strengthen resiliency. Our programs work closely with community partners to address health disparities in our neighborhoods while also celebrating the strengths and resilience of our communities.

This full-time position provides clinical services as part of an Article 31 OMH certified outpatient mental health clinic. The clinics provide services to individuals of all ages and their families. Interventions include, but are not limited to, evaluations; individual, group and/or family therapy; case management; and crisis interventions.

Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct Comprehensive evaluations and psychosocial assessments.
• Develop treatment plans in accordance with clients to identify treatment needs and interventions and review/revise treatment plans to reflect the client's treatment progress and changes in problems/goals.
• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
• Provide crisis intervention.
• Laise with families, schools, criminal justice, and other community agencies to coordinate care.
• Participate in clinical team meetings, staff meetings, training, and supervision.
• Maintain all documentation according to the standards and time frames established by The Jewish board, regulatory agencies and/or funding sources.
• Maintain professional behaviors and ethical standards as established by the licensing board, relevant professional association, and the Jewish Board policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The Jewish Board is currently looking for talented individuals of all cultures, religions, races, and gender expressions with the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, MSW with a limited permit, LCSW, LMSW, LMHC or LMFT.
• Bilingual candidate, Spanish speaking preferred but not required
