We're looking for candidates with office experience who can thrive in a busy environment. Their practice areas encompass workers' compensation, personal injury, criminal law, and real estate closings.

They prioritize a cohesive work environment where excellent interpersonal skills are key to interacting with both clients and colleagues. Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred.

• Organizing and maintaining client files
• Requesting medical records and billing information
• Obtaining copies of police reports
• Handling insurance claim reporting
• Answering phone calls
• Drafting correspondence to clients and other involved parties
