BC Forward is currently seeking highly motivated Business Analyst Advanced opportunity Columbus, OH

Position Title: Business Analyst Advanced (>6 years)

Location: 1111 Polaris Parkway, #1, Columbus, OH 43240

Expected Duration (possible extension):12 months with possible converting to full time-

This is Hybrid role, 15days onsite and 15days remote.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with marketing partners to gather requirements and document business and technical specifications

* Have or develop a working knowledge of marketing campaign data and procedures

* Pull data from internal and external data sources to define populations for campaigns, apply targeting requirements, and create files/documents per vendor specifications

* Assess and maintain data and process integrity, including strong documentation

* Understand nuances in the process and data while effectively relaying those to partners in a consultative manner to optimize marketing programs

* Complete projects from start to finish without supervision

* Have basic coding background (SAS/SQL or similar) or the willingness to learn

Skills: SAS,, SQL

Release Comments:

• SAS & SQL plus Huge Coding
• 50 / 50 - business & coding
• LOB - home lending
• Working with marketing partners do not need marketing background
• 1st month - job shadowing / then ramp up
• Coding / testing background in either certifications, classes, courses
  • 1-2 experience in any coding language / they use SAS & SQL *(Okay with courses)
  • 2-3 yrs of business experience
• Any background okay as long as they have tech interest / bgc w/ certificates etc
• Stagger start dates - start asap in any tech hub (Columbus, OH. Plano, TX. Jersey City, NJ. Wilmington, DE)
