RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst for position based in Austin, TX.Responsibilities:

• Business Analyst will work with vendors and internal stakeholders and a PM to create use cases
• Analyze data process mapping, data inventory, data validation and data injection for a importation from NetSuite to Salesforce
• Perform analysis for key stakeholders and derive insights between key metrics and their drivers; Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments and teams to inform decisions through meaningful data deliverables
• As a Business Analyst, you will identify and propose solutions constantly that help the project stay on track and within budget
• Combine data and research into clear and concise conclusions and recommendations
• Help manage the transition critical data from NetSuite to Salesforce
• Be a key driver in Data Governance and Master Data Management initiatives
• Business Analysts perform and assist in data audits to support data accuracy and ownership
• Help define the process to move information from NetSuite into Salesforce

REQUIREMENTS:

• Significant, recent experience with Business Analysis for enterprise software applications
• Strong experience with data inventory, data extraction, data integration, data ingestion, and data validation
• Experience working with outside vendors
• Experience writing user stories, use cases and testing
• Client service mentality, adaptability, and willingness to collaborate openly with other functions
• Desired Experience - huge plus if the person has exposure to Salesforce, NetSuite or Zendesk
