Description:
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst for a permanent/direct hire hybrid position in Wilmington, DE.

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
- Facilitate business discovery and analysis of requirements and providing business requirements to the development team.
- Understanding and interpreting the various issues and requirements of WSFS Banking Operations and facilitate discussion to arrive at solutions that meet overall business needs.
- Understanding business needs through interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases and/or scenarios.
- Translating high-level information into detail for developers, translating technical information into general understanding for end users.
- Facilitating end-to-end functional business analysis and experience design from business need through to UAT and release
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Banking Operations and implementing Digital Transformation technology is required, experience working with Salesforce and/or Workday HR systems is a plus.
- 5+ years business analyst experience with expertise in data analysis leveraging Excel, spreadsheets, etc.
- 3+ years experience implementing integrations to 3rd party and other internal systems
- Displays strong research, problem solving, analytical, critical thinking, influencing, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Strong business operations knowledge to include understanding the function`s value chain and market conditions.
- Analyze, document and challenge end to end business processes and customer journeys
