Basic Job Functions:

Skyline Steel, LLC, a division of Nucor, the nation's largest recycler and largest manufacturer of steel and steel products, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Business Analyst.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Driving the creation and delivery of value-added IT solutions for Finance, Accounting, and Sales
• Performing data extraction and analysis to assist the teams with decision making
• Developing and implementing policies and standards for the systems development life cycle, user administration and application development and support areas consistent with evolving governance, SOX and management principles
• Documenting comprehensive business requirements which may include process flows, business rules, interface design, data analysis and data mapping
• Creating system, end-user and project documentation
• Assisting with direct support of the various operational departments
• Conducting gap analysis to identify current and future needs for process improvements
The Business Analyst will be an integral member of the Skyline team, bringing heavy functional business analysis, troubleshooting, problem solving, reporting and ERP Support.

Up to 25% travel required for this role. Must be willing to work after hours, including weekends and holidays on an as needed basis.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year business process experience in either sales, supply chain, manufacturing, accounting, or finance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Stratix ERP
• 1 year experience in a Business Analyst role with Microsoft Dynamics D365
• CCBA or higher from International Institute of Business Analysis
• General understanding of project management principles
