Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join our Operations/Customer team in the Summer of 2023. This opportunity will allow an intern to gain an understanding of rural health and the health insurance industry, design and implementation of new reporting and managing projects.
This paid internship will be located at our corporate headquarters in Meridian, ID but, may have the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity at some level.
Minimum qualifications include:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university, preferably a senior standing student
- Project management skills
- Data analysis and building models
- SQL knowledge
- Business analysis and quantitative methods
You will learn:
- How to work in a complex environment across different organizations
- Business performance and variance analysis
- Process and value stream mapping
- Requirement writing
- Process improvement
