Business Change Advisor Sr.

Location: Aligned and will work from an Elevance Health office.

Reporting to Kurt Small, President East Markets - Commercial. Responsible for administrative support of the East Region President, duties include scheduling, expense reporting, meeting support/facilitation and travel arrangements. This associate will also be responsible for assisting the East Region leadership team achieve desired results by supporting key planning processes and projects.

How you will make an impact:

  • Facilitates and supports key planning processes and projects for the business unit.
  • Supports prioritization and achievement of key deliverables for the East Markets President.
  • Oversees utilization of additional management tools and processes.
Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
  • Administrative support and project management skills highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, detail oriented and problem solving skills strongly preferred.
  • Experience interacting confidently with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership preferred.
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills highly preferred.
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office products, most notably Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word highly preferred.
