Location - Chicago, IL

Responsible for implementing projects, programs and plans that support the achievement of growth partner and enterprise goals. These projects include management and tracking of the CLO goals and strategy, and associated metrics/KPIs. Candidate must be able to adapt to changing priorities and business needs and be proactive in identifying areas of need and generating action plans. This role also partners directly with the VP & Counsel for GBD (Government Business Division).

Primary duties include but are not limited to:

  • Creating processes and practices to improve the day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of the department and facilitate change, manage goal development and scorecard tracking, lead and execute department initiatives.
  • Associate will develop regular reporting mechanisms, monitor progress, and measure quantitative and qualitative outcomes to ensure successful execution of projects.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills & Capabilities:
  • Requires a high level of organization and business acumen, the ability to influence key stakeholders, and experience in the healthcare payer space.
  • Candidate should have experience with process improvement and successfully developing and managing complex projects.
  • Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
