JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
Responsible for exercising lead generation sales skills in an effort to optimize each contact with potential clients; locate and define potential target markets and develop sales opportunities through cold calling activities; effectively handle inbound marketing sourced leads, and conduct conversations around product features, benefits, and advantages of products or services. Within this role we work closely with numerous National and International Sales departments and functions such as, Sales, Marketing, Account Managers, the Channel Partner team, and the global BDR teams. BDRs are encouraged to shadow sales calls and partner with experience sales reps to continuously enhance their prospecting and sales development skills. This role is predominantly focused on New Client Acquisition so comfort and competence in outbound sales prospecting is key to success.
