Business Information Developer Consultant

Location: This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid work model which includes remote work and in-office collaboration. Depending on location and proximity to a pulse point (Elevance Health Major Office), will determine hybrid schedule with the highest in-office commitment being 4-10 days in an office per month.

The ideal Business Information Developer Consultant candidate should have a strong background in business analysis and product development, with experience in creating product specifications, user stories, and requirements gathering.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Manage WorkFront requests and actively manage reporting team's backlog.
• Learn the customer needs and evaluate progress at each stage of development.
• Develop a deep understanding of current & future needs of our internal clients.
• Communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis to build and foster relationships.
• Lead resolution of project issues, focusing on the end product to ensure that it meets expectations.
• Champion prioritization conversations across multiple projects, by closely working with internal clients to understand business strategy and objectives.
• Works collaboratively with delivery team of Reporting Analysts, Data Engineers & Client Stakeholders. Serve as a liaison between data, marketing, product management and IT teams.
• Oversees project execution and support reporting team in managing client expectations across constraints such as scope, quality, and time.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BS/BA degree and a minimum of 4 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Experience in standard Business Information tools and programming/query languages required.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience as a business analyst in a product development environment.
• Experience with product development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $94,080 to $169,344

Locations: California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY
