Business Manager - University Printing MR08JOB SUMMARY:This position reports to the Director of University Printing & Mail Services and serves as an integral member of the UPM team. Position serves as an expert financial and administrative resource for University Printing, Mail Services, Convenience Copy, Postal & Passport Services, and 2 on campus branch locations. Position supports fiscal operations including, but not limited to, oversight of budgets, financial planning, assessment of service center rate structures, inventory control, and other accounting operations as assigned by the Director. Position provides assistance with human resources activities. The position will provide direction and development, as well as, administrative improvement initiatives, policies, and budget planning for all areas within UPM. Supervise the daily operations of the office staff in each specific area--order entry, procurement, job costing, payroll entry, and accounts payable and receivables. Have knowledge of time collection and IRIS system to process payroll and record leave request. Ability to reconcile monthly departmental accounts for departmental chargeback. Data entry for accounting purposes, cash handling, deposits and invoices.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor degree required.Accounting or finance experience - AP/AR, ledgers, cash handling, deposits, payroll, tax reporting, etc.Supervisory or management experience.Knowledge of the university's SAP accounting system and university policies and procedures preferred.EFI Monarch - Administrator level experience preferred.Experience with copier rental and procurement program preferred.Print estimate and billing experience preferred.
