Our client, a leading global independent advisory firm, is seeking a Temporary Campus Recruiting Coordinator, to start ASAP. The duration of the assignment is one year with the potential to extend or go perm. Hours are 9:00am- 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for OT in the evenings around events. This position is hybrid with two or three days in office and the rest remote. This individual will assist to execute the global early careers strategy, and the planning of the global intern training program and diversity programs. Hourly rate us up to 33/hr, DOE.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Global Early Careers Team with recruiting efforts for interns and full-time hires
  • Coordinating recruiting events, including logistics management, A/V setup, presentations, catering, and marketing
  • Scheduling high volume interviews, which includes posting job descriptions, staffing interviewers, coordinating final round interviews, and organizing candidate feedback to be shared in a business ready format
  • Assisting in the planning of summer intern programs, including scheduling training sessions, booking events, and coordinating intern departure logistics
  • Managing the Firm's application tracking system, keeping candidate details, status, and feedback up-to-date real time
  • Preparing and sending offer packages to new hires and facilitate onboarding action items
  • Organizing travel (air, hotel, and ground transportation) and process candidate reimbursements
  • Managing and organizing inventory of campus swag packages in partnership with corporate services team
  • Scheduling internal / external meetings, proactively addressing calendar conflicts and coordination among multiple parties
  • Processing invoices and assisting to track and maintain the global campus team budget
  • Acting as point of contact for candidates throughout recruitment process and for interns through summer program

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of related professional experience (will include internships)
  • Extremely organized with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and exhibit proactive behavior
  • Excellent judgment and trustworthiness with highly confidential information
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, HRIS)

Compensation:

  • Up to 33/hr, DOE
