1st Shift - Grade 3

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain caustic equipment.
• Breakdown dies after production and prepare for caustic tank.
• Operate sandblaster for cleaning dies.
• Set up dies for production and put dies back in inventory after production.
• Review equipment at start of every shift and assist with repair.
• Complete and maintain reports of equipment utilization/repair.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Operate forklift.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements

• High School diploma/GED (minimum)
• Must have the ability to read, write and count
• Must have demonstrated effective communications skills and the ability to be a team player
• Must have the ability to learn the job duties within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the supervisor
• Must be able to lift approximately 40-50 lbs.
• Be vigilant about safety
