Our client who is a leader in biopharmaceuticals is currently seeking a remote Change Manager.

Position: Change Lead

Mission:

Partner with C stakeholders to understand Organizational Change Management (OCM) needs and opportunities. Develop expertise in supported area(s), focusing on end-user experience, successful employee adoption, and value realization for new initiatives. Deliver and embed OCM practices to achieve goals and empower stakeholders.

Position Requirements:

  • Core team member supporting development, implementation, and optimization of next-generation donor management system.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and implement strategic OCM plans.
  • Align OCM strategy and execution with business and donor management system end users.
  • Monitor progress and gather feedback on OCM plans for effectiveness.
  • Align employees and stakeholders with strategic objectives of donor management system program.
  • Identify, prioritize, and advance OCM needs and opportunities with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive organizational change management experience.
  • Experience developing strategic OCM plans for large-scale process changes.
  • Proficiency in developing and managing OCM strategy and content across various tactics and channels.
  • Change management certification (e.g., ADKAR®) preferred.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly motivated, independent contributor with excellent time management.
  • Strong presentation skills for large group meetings in-person and virtually.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industry preferred.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills preferred.
