Local Unit & Position Description

Channel Partner Program Manager is responsible for ensuring that DNV channel partners are organized and managed to maximize loyalty and revenue potential. The position will also be responsible for developing contacts and approaching new potential strategic partners and promoting pertinent DNV Business Assurance products/services as per the established sales & marketing strategy, tactical plan, and marketing plan. The position will also be responsible for developing and managing loyalty programs.

What You'll Do

  • Identify prospective channel partners and actively work to recruit these partners to participate in applicable DNV referral and growth programs
  • Develop relationships with channel partners and help build the regional plan while supporting the local sales people
  • Work closely with marketing to build marketing plans targeting strategic partner groups
  • Provide information to channel partners regrading new DNV programs, trainings, projects and more
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities and contacts developed through the programs while providing routine communication about DNV products, programs, offers, and promotions
  • Measure revenue growth against defined targets for the assigned programs
  • Manage monthly business development target and pipeline
  • Work closely with Key Client Manager's and Program Managers to maintain and expand channel partner network
  • Develop and maintain messaging to channel partners
Position Qualifications

What is required
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Experience managing multiple sales channels or programs
  • Experience in sales and/or marketing
  • Exhibit strong leadership, problem solving, and time management capabilities
  • Comfortable working in a cloud-based, remote environment
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Pre-employment drug and background screening

As required by the Pay Transparency laws in Colorado, New York City, California and Washington, DNV provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in those locations. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado, New York City, NY, California and Washington only, the range of starting pay for this role is $75,000-$95,000USD
