We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Project Engineer to join our team. The Ideal candidate will have experience with Wet Utilities and Roadway working in the Underground Division. The candidate must be skilled in procore, primavera, and Microsoft project.
What You Will Be Doing -Analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to determine scope and cost of a project
-Identifying and researching materials, labor and equipment costs for the project
-Meeting with clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to discuss project details and address any questions or concerns
-Preparing detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment required for the project
-Reviewing project plans and proposals to ensure that they are accurate, complete, and conform to regulations and industry standards
-Creating and maintaining a database of suppliers, subcontractors, and historical project costs
-Identifying and evaluating potential risks and proposing solutions
-Utilizing software and other tools to create detailed cost estimates
-Keeping abreast of new technologies, materials, and methods in the civil engineering industry
-Communicating with clients, project managers and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to update them on project progress and to address any issues or changes.
What You Need for this Position 4+ years of Superintendent experience:
-Must be able to use Microsoft project, primavera, procore software
-Degree (Construction Management Related)
-Scope: Commercial, Industrial, Underground
